To the happy twittering of birds, through colorful flowers you wander across the vineyards to one of the many wine taverns, drink house wines, eat Schlutzkrapfen or dumplings in pleasant spring temperatures on the sun terraces or stroll through the historic city center of Brixen, through the cloister and across the Domplatz on the Way to the aperitif, in search of the perfect restaurant.  

On hiking trails, over alpine pastures past numerous huts, you march to one of the peaks of the Dolomites, a world natural heritage site, enjoy a breathtaking view of the mountains, jump into the water of an ice-cold mountain lake and have a romantic picnic on the meadow. Take the cable car to the Plose, hike or bike full of adrenaline on the trails of the Plose Bikpark, visit one of the surrounding castles or stroll through the old town with an ice cream past the shop windows of the boutiques.  

Rustling, colorful leaves, the smell of roasted chestnuts in the nose and full of anticipation to finally experience the Törggelen you have heard about so often for yourself. You reach one of the many courtyards, sit down in the rustic parlor, enjoy the South Tyrolean farmer's kitchen and drink the new wine, while the host himself makes the entire room shake with spontaneous musical interludes.  

Wrapped in snow, Brixen presents itself anew every year like on a postcard. Stroll across the cathedral square, through the famous Brixen Christmas market, sip a cup of mulled wine, keep an eye on the time so that you don't miss the unique light spectacle in the Hofburg. Tomorrow is a day of skiing: whether you want to go to the local mountain Plose, only 7 km away, or one of the surrounding ski areas, you will probably only decide after dinner in one of the numerous restaurants in Bressanone's old town.
